Most resources above are pdf files, and when clicked, will initially display in a new webpage. If you download a file, you will first need to display it, then click the download button (arrow pointing down - top centre). You will then need a pdf viewer to open it, e.g. Adobe Reader - if you don't have a copy of Adobe Reader click on the image below to download the latest version
