Club Processes and Guides

The guides below are to assist with the many processes which keep our club going and some too, for those who would like to start their own - go for it!

If you think of any more we can add, then please contact us.

Note: For GDPR reasons, we now store all documents on One Drive, which uses a native viewer, that unfortunately, doesn't follow embedded links... A workaround is, whilst viewing, to download the file (use the download button up top), then view the downloaded file - you'll then be able to follow links)

Gig Players:

Many regular WUC members enjoy representing the club at the constant schedule of gigs, all of which are administered using the online system 'Muzodo' (please see instructions below).

Gig players are encouraged to car share wherever possible, thus saving venue car parking and our carbon footprint.
